Kosciusko County, IN - A Kosciusko County man lost his life after hitting a tree while on his moped, Monday.    

Joseph Oswald, 26, of Syracuse failed to yield for a traffic stop by the Syracuse Police Department.  

He came to a "t" intersection and then struck a tree.  

Oswald suffered extensive head injuries and died at the scene.
