HURLEY -- A 38-year-old Ironwood man faces his sixth operating while intoxicated offense in Iron County.
David Earl Kitto of S. Mansfield St. is charged with a felony count of OWI-sixth and operating after revocation, stemming from a early morning June 4 incident in Hurley. He was riding a moped when stopped by police, according to the criminal complaint.
The OWI charge carries a maximum penalty of six years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
The OAR count carries a $2,500 fine and not more than one year in the county jail.
