How is the fuel flow? Maybe cap is causing a vacuum in the tank. When it happens again remove gas cap and see if she will start right up. Clogged inline filter or petcock maybe.

This may be an overheating problem. Check all vents going to your ngine. Jim

I don't think it's overheating but I will check with the fuel cap.

if it's the petcock why only when it's after riding but if I wait a little I can start no problem.
Also I have below the right side of the vespa sometimes drops of fuel under the engine

Serious fuel starvation would cause problems not just when you start from hot.

Fuel flow can be checked by removing the fuel pipe at the carb, putting the end in a container then turning on. Fuel should flow freely out of the pipe.

Carb blockage is more likely. Take all three jets out and blow them through with carb cleaner. The holes they came out of too. You can check the gauze mini fuel filter in the carb while you're at it too.

Check the two bolts that hold down the carb too, they need to be tight to prevent air leaking in.

If this faails take a look at the ignition. Plug change then work back to the CDI box and change the plug cap and lead.

Failing this suspect an engine seal failure, which will mean a strip and rebuld. PM me if you need anymore advice.
