If you are not already aware . . Utah requires 50cc no-pedal scooter insurance, registration, and a driver's license motorcycle endorsement . . .

your scooter looks like a TNG Venice or many others
made by QJ for many scooter distributors.
as for the oil changing and the other stuff,
its easy and we can talk you through it .
the important thing is to be safe and have fun on your scoot.
