Parts for my moped

I got her working, YES! One more question though. The electric start won't work. But the kick start does. I think the battery need's to be charged though, cause when I try to electric start it, the back light deems and get's lighter. So charge the battery and it might start up?

What other exhausts can I use on my moped.
Can anybody link me to a site, where I can buy one?

Also, the gas mileage has gone down on my moped. What can I do, to get it back to normal.
I can only do like 40km's on a tank.
I use to be able to do like almost 80.
