Howdy,
I found more stuff On my Hyosung Prima50. If you have a Franco Morini Engine Chances are you have A wire that Goes to the CDI To Regulate spark. This wire Is Black with a white stripe, Cut that or remove and no more Rev Limit. With that cut and the ring out of the front pulley, the bike will pick up Top end.
There's a restrictor plate under the intake manifold where it meets the engine,that goes with the ring in the pulleys, Junk! Must clog air pump, Don't remove and then rejet from stock #60 to app. #65 to 67.5 Scooter should tool right along.
Change exhaust from pig iron cat/muffler to aftermarket and bike will pickup even more. Rejet again.
Check your laws! I don't want to get you in trouble.
