Thanks, i know its a vacumn. Scooter is hard to start.

Ok, it doesnt go where the picture says it goes, so if anyone knows let me know. This is a Chinese scooter 49.9 Geely, Big Cheif.

It looks like it should go the the air filter. It is a crankcase vent line that vents into the air filter but it wouldnt affect the performance of the bike, it just burns the combustion byproducts from the crankcase instead of dumping them into the air.

Put a spit bottle on it or a crankcase filter.

there is like a plastic can on the left side of the scooter
with a bigger hose attached to it. your hose has a tube
on the can the hose goes on.

i would highly suspect that the geeley big chief 49cc 4T
valves were out of adjustment .
hard starting can be due to poorly adjusted valves
generally its the exhaust valve that is too tight.
the valves are under that aluminum cover
that the hose is attached to in your picture.
