When you start driving the Triumph you will dream of moped reliability. Check out a Rukus. They are well built, but a little pricey, but some friends have been paying $1200 for ones that were adult owned and in exc. condition.

i've had a few sport cars & many english ones are tinkered with on the weekends, you drive them on week days and work on them on weekends.
good scooters are almost trouble free...
so shine up your spanner for that old tr7!!!!!

Didn't they in the day have a habit of burning up similar to what happened with the Pontiac Fiero? English electrical systems will drive you nuts. Convert to a solid state distributor as one of your priorities. Have fun!
