The reason i asked is, i have a parts manual for "Valmobile".

I have seen them at Portland Indiana Vintage Scooter show. They are a little unusual for sure!

So I'm guessing this is a Scooter in a suitecase...or was it suitcase-scooter...I don't remember, but something like that was it's nickname wasn't it?
