you may want to consider why the tube went flat as well. 20 year old tires are not exactly reliable or safe.

you can get new tires from most any motorcycle dealer (through tucker rocky catalog) for about 12 bucks each.

as to how you do it, search the web on how to change a bicycle tire. to get the wheel itself off, take the nut off the wheel, pull the fender, and slack the brake cable it should come right off. if you dont feel comfortable doing it yourself it probably wont cost much to have a dealer do it.

Check your tires for tread and if they are good then you're fine. If not get new tires from a motorcycle shop (you'll probably have to order them in) or you could order tires from a moped dealer online.

Regardless of whether you need new tires or not, I recommend Slime inner tubes.

I had a flat tire recently on my Tomos from some piece of metal. I just got a new tube since my tire was fine.

You can pick up Slime inner tubes in the bicycle section at Wal-Mart. They are self-sealing. They have this slime in them (hence the name) that when the tube gets punctured it will fill the hole and seal it. Its great. Runs about 7 bucks. Make sure you get the right size. Bicycles are measured WITH the tire, whereas motorcycles/mopeds only the rim is measured. For instance my Tomos is a 16" wheel, but it requires a 20" bicycle tube.

Oh and Cheng Shin tires are the way to go.

you can put tube for bicycle with same size,i guess its 2,25 or 2,50 -16''?these tubes are very cheap here , 2 euros per tube...and when you change tyre,dont use sharp tools///
