There have recently, again, been posts that I would think are generally unhelpful in any way and disrespectful.

We do have standards in this community that we try to maintain. Posts will be kept respectful. If you wouldn't say it to your grandmother, don't post it here. Everyone has their own opinions and are welcome to share them, that is a large part of what makes this format of communication so beneficial, but your posts are only your opinion and that opinion may not be shared by others. THAT DOES NOT MAKE THEM WRONG. Even if they are, it's an opinion, it's OK for them to be wrong. Your bad attitude and emotionally poor reaction to a disagreement of opinion can turn a potentially beneficial discussion and the eventual points of consensus that would be discovered into a waste of an argument. At that time your opinion flys out the proverbial window and any actual point you might have made is lost.

If people continue to demonstrate that they are incapable of being a productive member of this community they will be removed. I hope that is not ever again necessary, as it takes someones experiences and opinions away from our discussions.

**Save the Fascism remarks. Sure it's fascist, but that is only a bad thing when subjected to it without choice. You pay nothing to participate in these discussions. You are not forced to stay a part of this community. You are free to pursue discussions on other forums and in other formats if you choose.

Please folks, treat each other politely. If we can do that, no topic of discussion, while possibly off-topic, should be off-limits. We have a lot to learn from each other, don't jeopardize that opportunity.
Fight apathy...or don't, whatever.
