Looks like a great place for a ride! Wish i could have been there. I would love to visit the Alamo! I`m looking forward to seeing the movie too.

OMG! What a hideous picture that is of me!!! Couldn't you have photoshopped my head onto the body of, say, Sheryl Crow?
The ride was too much fun. The weather turned out to be perfect (or as perfect as you can expect for mid-July in South Texas) -- overcast, breezy, temp in the mid to upper 80's for most of the morning.
Next time we do this I will be sure to plan on firing up the ol' BBQ (soon to be added as a requirement for sanctioned rides!). Or I'll just get a big mess o' barbacoa and tripas for everyone...!
Big THANKS to everyone (especially Tab who hauled 4 peds down from Waco). You guys are AWESOME!
