Tomos Streetmate R Jet size?

Postby Jdall1 » Sun Aug 26, 2012 11:01 am

Hey guys, just bought a 2008 tomos Streetmate r. I bought a biturbo, uni air filter, 70cc kit and a smaller rear sprocket. I'm looking to buy a 21mm carburetor but I'm not sure what size jets I'll have to use in order to make everything run properly. If you have any suggestions that would be great. Looking to buy the carb tonight.

Your biggest issue is going to fabricating an intake manifold that will fit the carb to that engine. Have you got that solved already?

No not yet, the info on the carb never mentioned that. I was thinking that I had to do that, but I was told I would be able to do it without a new one

forget the 21mm carb. You are just wasting your money. Run the stock carb at 45mph, np

Bigger isn't always better, just a penile thing! Stock carb and jetted/geared right will give you amazing results.
