Hello from Canada and a HONDA P50 carb question?

Postby sledrat » Fri Jul 26, 2013 9:39 am

Just wanted to say a big hello to all first of all from Canada
and also this is a very cool site here so dang cool i had to join!

ok i Found a interesting old p50 Honda moped it is in pretty rough shape though. One could consider this old moped more of parts machine im starting to think,, Hate to think that way,,,
Main neck of the handle bars bent missing pieces wheels taken off motor seized up.. The only reason i decided i wanted to tackle this moped is because of it odd rear engine wheel design.,
anyways it has no Carb completely gone and i have never ever seen one like this before i do have other mini bikes carbs but nothing according to pictures i have found on the interenet so faR,
But i do have question to folks here who may have modded one of these BIKES before
what other carbs or intake could be used instead of the original carb?.
However if anyone has one or knows of one around
email
ratsleds@gmail.com

heres a youtube vid of me trying getting the old p50 unseized.

No, he doesn't have a PA50, he has a P50. That is the one with the 4 stroke engine in the rear wheel.

See that there were quite a few in UK, you may try to get some info from the EACC and Mark Daniels.
