Hey guys.. I am Bruce Allen from South Carolina, USA.
I have been working on two Honda's for a friend. They were both literally a barn find and were sitting there for well over 15 years.
One is a 1970 ST70 and it has been finished and is in wonderful condition with less than 250 kilometers mileage showing.
The other is a 1979 PA50I - which is the slow version. It has 52 miles showing. It, too, is in excellent condition.
The only real problem was gasoline had been left in the tank and it was a pain to clean out and the petcock was ruined with the dried gas and had to be replaced along with the carburetor.
It starts with one "kick" and runs fine with only one small nick in the paint showing on the frame.
I have a question about replacing the gear oil in the rear wheel. I see where the drain bolt is located but do not see any place obviously to fill it back up.
Will I have to take the wheel off and use the drain bold hole to refill the oil?
Any help would be appreciated..
