Honda Hobbit - front wheel - help

Postby TonyMontana » Sat Aug 22, 2015 5:42 pm

I have two problems. First the front brake cable is frozen. ( I think it is rusted). Any suggestions as how to free it up. Secondly, how do you loosen the thin nut on the front axel to get access to the brake drums. Thanks. Tony

I don't know about the Hobbit specifically, but most wheels I've dealt with you have a wrench on each side of the axle.
If the cable is rusted, I'd recommend replacing it. Also, new cables should be lubed before installation.

I hope that helps.
