1)2002 Tomos Revival
a-35 Euro 70cc kit
Anamal 17mm carb
2 piece bi turbo
27th front sprocket
20th rear sprocket
size 62 jet
stock idle jet
No Reed valve(removed and custom fabbed replacement valve)
14,029 mileage on bike
Top Speed 61mph by police radar(and ticket)

2)2005 Streetmate
stock a-55 engine(debating on either using spare a-35 kit or getting a-55 kit)
24th rear sprocket
26th front sprocket
stock exhaust(soon to be replaced) drilled out
stock airbox modded(used the arrow air box mod)
stock jet(soon to be 60 or 62 jet)
stock idle jet
Replaced stock handle bars for revival handle bars(taller and more comfort)
replaced front head light with modded 77 harley head light
modded stock transfer from engine to carb
1,649 Mileage on bike
Top Speed 42 mph
(DO NOT GET OR USE STAR PACKAGE/TOMOS PERFORMANCE EXHAUST AND PACKAGE--NOT WORTH THE MONEY!)

Update on my streetmate project
a-55 Airsal 80cc kit(required lots of modifactions to engine case to make it work as well as fabricating intake and exhaust valves/ports..can get it at mopedwarehouse.com, they will also do engine work for you if you feel like taking it off ped and sending it to them. I did mine myself)
stock carb for now have the 17.5 phva coming soon
jetted to 66
16mm intake curtesoy of mopedsonline.com
dished offset 27tooth front sprocket(available at heeters)
28tooth rear gear
UNI air filter
a-55 Bi turbo pipe(available at heeters)

I have been topping out at almost 60mph on a flat and this thing now shoots uphill with ease. I even bugged out co workers when I out ran my boss's car.

Only draw back is it does go through 2stroke oil a bit quicker but to date have not seen a drop in miles per gallon. And down here in nc while gas is 3.76 a gallon--that is a good thing

Just kitted two A55 Streetmates last week with A55 Airsal kit, Tecnigas Next pipes and #58 jets. Stock airbox. 24 tooth rear sprockets. Both run near 45mph, both idle great.

Top Racing Vespa crank, Rebuilt bottom end
Case matched
Malossi clutch
Intake matched to 13/13 Dellorto
High flow air box
#62 main jet

Runs like a top. Maybe I could go up just a tad on jet size. But the plug color is muy bueno. So Im sticking with it. Not sure on top speed, no speedo, But its pretty quick.

1984 QT50

Stock Everything, virtually untouched, old champion plug.

Jet #65

30 MPH on flats....that is if my speedo doesn't lie!

Still bogs at or slightly before W.O.T.

Dare I even try the #62.5 jet? Thinking about it...or maybe just a low resistance air filter.

Is it necessary to change the oil mixture when jetting up or down?
