Why won`t my Gyro run?????

I have a Gyro that starts and idles like new , but won`t run on top end. Please please help me!!!

well the 'official honda shop manual TG50M Gyro S 85-86' says;
ENGINE LACKS POWER:
check ing timing -- cdi/alt
carb
plug
POOR PERFORMANCE AT HIGH SPEED:
check ing timing -- cdi/alt
clogged jets
sp;gap 0.6-0.7

My Gyro is an 84. I have genuine Honda service manual. It says the same thing.
I have cleaned the carb, the tank, the petcock, installed all new fuel lines and checked the timing. The timing is dead on.
Guess I am going to have to get a new CDI.

that's the one with the leg shield , how does it corner?
i've only ridden the chopper style gyro and you can take corners
fast !!
