First Moped!! few questions

Hey guys i just recently purchased a 50cc moped/scooter, its a 2006 MT50QT-2 made by Shanghai Meitian Motorcycle Co., Ltd.

Heres the skinny on it

Thing goes pretty good it has 2100 miles on it. But it goes pretty good! i already got it registered and have been driving it around town!

Here are a few questions i have

How much oil does a 49.5cc engine take if it is completely empty? i want to do an oil change on it.

Should i be running 93 octane gas? It says to use 92 octane gas.

Is there a website where i can buy individual parts for this scooter? OEM or Aftermarket it doesn't matter.
